After a hiatus to regroup, Boston Pizza (BP) Bolton has re-opened with new ownership and new management, and they're hoping residents will give them a chance to impress.
"We're bringing a wealth of experience with us," said new franchisee Anil Kapur of his management team, headed by general manager Frank Cardinale. "We have hired everyone from within the community. Frank is from the community; he grew up here."
What Cardinale and the new management team think they can bring to the table is top-notch service, cleanliness and quality food, not to mention a bar that Kapur says is unmatched in the area.
"The perception people had was not true BP. We want to change that," said Kapur, who has 30 years experience in the industry, with 12 at Boston Pizza. "...
